Doctor Aleksandra Wirga is an expert in this field and has worked with Dr. Simonton's program since 1990. SimontonCenter.com - Simonton Cancer Center which continues the legacy of O. Doctor O. Carl Simonton was the first one to publish his preliminary research indicating that emotional support and counseling for cancer patients not only improves quality of life but also improves survival. Since then there were four randomized clinical trials published confirming his observations. The most recent one was published by Dr. Barbara Andersen from Ohio State University - please see the video of her explaing the results. |
